I hate when a tiny little pebble gets in your shoes an messes with your toes the entire run.

I bought a new running hat yesterday, I don’t really like it, but I like a change up from bandanas.

60 degrees and sunny! Doesn’t get any better.

The road commission graded all the dirt roads, I was literally eating dust the entire run, nasty. Tomorrow’s run I will be hitting up pavement instead if back roads.

60 degrees out….tons of yard work to do :)

The Martian marathon is tomorrow, I ran the 1/2 last year, chose not to this year. I liked it and would do it again, just decided to put funds towards a race I’ve never done. Now I’m regretting it, got the itch to run it. O well!!!

Half Fanatics

Has anyone ever heard of the Half Fanatics running group???

You got to qualify to join, like run 3 1/2 marathons in 90 days type thing, there’s a membership fee and a yearly fee, but your supposed to get discounts on (select?) 1/2 marathons forever. 

My uncle and aunt just joined, you get a tech shirt that you can wear to racing events, and boom, instant friends (tumblr need a racing shirt!)

My glutes were feeling every step today, very sore.  Those hills on Sundays run really did a number on my legs, can’t wait to do it again!!!

Going to get out the rumble roller tonight as well as a tennis ball (per shortmom recommendation) to roll out the calves again tonight, they’re still tender and sore.

Tomorrow’s rest day is going to be very welcomed!!! 

My toenails keep piercing holes in my running socks.  I need to go buy more very soon.

6 miles in the rain last night. Calves are extremely sore and very sensitive.

Rumble rolled them for a bit, didn’t help much.
